Complete any 5 of the following activities (double the activities or reps for adults!):

  • Jump rope 100x

  • 20 frog jumps

  • 10 burpees

  • Run/walk/bike 1-3 miles

  • 1-minute plank

  • 5-minute stretch

  • 1-minute bear walk

  • 25 jumping jacks

  • 15 push-ups

  • 20 squats

  • 15 bicycle crunches

  • 15 walking lunges

  • 1-minute crab walk

  • jog in place for 1 minute

  • play an active game for 15 minutes (tag, soccer, etc.)

Set up a FirstGiving fundraising page and ask people to donate

If you can complete any of these challenges and raise $25, that’s wonderful.

The only thing participants need to do is set up a fundraising page through FirstGiving, ask people to donate, and then complete at least 5 of our fitness challenges. You can even do it as a family!
