Complete any 5 of our fitness challenges.
Now is the perfect time to get out, get exercise AND raise money for NHA.
There are no fundraising minimums.
Complete any 5 of the following activities (double the activities or reps for adults!):
Jump rope 100x
20 frog jumps
Run/walk/bike 1-3 miles
1-minute bear walk
25 jumping jacks
15 bicycle crunches
15 walking lunges
1-minute crab walk
jog in place for 1 minute
play an active game for 15 minutes (tag, soccer, etc.)
Set up a FirstGiving fundraising page and ask people to donate
If you can complete any of these challenges and raise $25, that’s wonderful.
The only thing participants need to do is
set up a fundraising page through FirstGiving
, ask people to donate, and then complete at least 5 of our fitness challenges. You can even do it as a family!
